Brad has spent a decade helping leaders and organizations develop napkin sketches of the future and turning those dreams into reality. Serving in senior leadership roles across the globe, he’s led everything from multi-continent organizations to local churches and built international alliances to domestic non-profits.
Brad, his wife, Lauren, and their three kids live in San Antonio, TX, where they spend most weekends eating tacos and watching college football.
Academically, Brad holds B.S., M.Div., and Ph.D degrees. His academic research was conducted in the area of organizational leadership and is published in the field of change management. He’s received multiple certifications in change management, strategic planning, life planning, and leadership development.
